At Rati Organics, we believe in the purity and quality of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our Easy 7-Day Return Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products that have been opened or used (due to hygiene and safety reasons).

3. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [support@ratiorganics.com] with images of the product. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately. Approved replacement will be delivered within 7-10 days

4. The Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or bank account for COD orders) within 5-7 business days.

5. Return Shipping To initiate a return, please email us at [support@ratiorganics.com]. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. In cases of personal preference (non-defective returns), return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
